I like faces. I have dressed in many skins. But…
There’s something about 70’s fashion that always manages to pique my interest. Be it the silhouettes with exaggerated flares and floor sweeping maxis, the detailing like layered fringe or even fabrics like denim and suede – I have a weakness for almost everything that dates back to that decade. Thus, it was obvious for me to opt for the 70’s trend from the many all new S/S ’15 trends now on Fab Alley.
While my personal style often borders around hippie, this time I took up the challenge of giving the 70’s fashion a more modern spin off. The moment I set my eyes on this beautiful suede skirt I knew I wanted to style my entire look around it. I chose a laid back vest and added some structure to it with a blazer to make it more contemporary. To keep the boho vibe alive, I braided my hair into a big dutch braid and completed the look with some statement jewellery and sunnies.
The guys at Fab Alley have some fabulous summer wear that’s totally on trend! You might want to scroll through all the sub-trends to find your favourite.
